MyOrizzon – Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges
We try to give you a great customer experience every time you shop with us, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel, return or exchange your order for a full refund of the paid price.
We assure you that all products sold on MyOrizzon are brand new and 100% genuine. If the product you received is “Damaged”, “Defective” or “Not Discovered”, then our friendly return policy can cover you.
However, you should understand that we cannot even suffer a loss; Therefore, the products will be accepted for cancellation, return or exchange only if the products are returned in unused, undamaged condition with the tag intact and in their original packaging. Note: We reserve the right to reject orders from individuals who make excessive returns.
CANCELLATION / RETURNS:
If you wish to cancel or return your order, then the following cases shall apply:
- If the order is not shipped and if you cancel, it would be a Cancelled order. In such a case, we will start the refund process for any payments made in advance within 48 working hours.
- If the order is shipped and you cancel, it will be treated as a returned order. You can return the products within 15 days of receiving your shipment in its original packaging for a full refund. We will process refunds only after the received product in our warehouse in original and safe condition and in the original shipping box. However, you cannot return a customized or damaged product.
REFUNDS:
Whenever you have purchased a product on www.myorizzon.com by paying using your credit card, debit card or internet banking, the refund amount will be credited back to your same bank account, for which you share the bank account details Will not be mandatory.
C.O.D REFUNDS:
If you want to return the product you purchased using the cash on delivery (C.O.D) facility, we will transfer the amount to your bank account for which you will have to share your bank account details. Without prejudice to the above, if you wish, we will refund the amount paid against the product by issuing the check addressed to you and it will be sent to the shipping address or deposited in your bank account.

If you want to Exchange your purchased product, go to your My Account Dashboard then click Order> select your products and click Exchange.
How to Cancel your purchase products?
If you want to cancel your purchased product, go to your My Account Dashboard then click Order> select your products and click Cancel.
